| I found the right research books for the Civil Rights aspects (can't always rely on my memory), how to lose fat I moved on to finding good sources about the fighting women of Dahomey. That was even more difficult because most of the information on the Dahomey Amazons comes from European ethnographers and soldiers from 1600-1800. Needless to say, their viewpoints were often ethnocentric, or focused on how advanced European how to lose fat culture was vs. the culture they discovered in how to lose fat Dahomey, Africa. Thankfully, more recent books have been published--but even those books had to sift fact from ethnocentric opinions.
