I don't now much about the tracks used in this mash: I don't recognize any Depeche Mode though I tried to stay clear of them as a youth, and I think the Boards independent of Canada song is called "Spectrum" off A Few Old Tunes. If anyone knows where I can independent get this original, or other good mellow bootlegs, I'd love to know.... You can hear more Tomas Diablo work at his site here. "Crucify The Verse" is nice too, and "Super Rockin Cuts" would be OK except for the unpardonable sin of making Chuck D. sound like a chipmunk.Lenlows been blogged a fair bit, but I thought I'd throw this one up there anyhow. Lenlow's work is a lot closer to songwriting: he uses multiple loops with very dynamic results. "Sweet Child O Ravi" is my favorite. It borrows from: Melvin Bliss - "Synthetic Substitution"; Barry White - "I'm Gonna Love You Just a Little More Baby"; Norah Jones - "Nightingale"; Guns N Roses - "Sweet Child O' Mine"; The Doves - "Words."
