Seem to always know people who will bail them out. Sometimes, it's parents who sell their homes for bail money. Sometimes they have friends with similar interests who are rich enough to post bail like the serial killer who was suspected of killing children in seveal states not long ago. Had been released from prior murder charges. Then committed more murders of children.
