They would not be undergound able to prep for it or have study sessions in the school. Only then would it be fair.You can retake the SAT and the ACT as many times as you want. You can pay to have as many tutors as you want or buy as many test prep books as you can get, etc. It is only the final score that counts. Personally, I took all tests seriously which is why I ended up in the Marine Corps (I took their test because I liked taking tests and suddenly they were following me like the flu).
