Fast service. Kebab Shop (?) (Top of Broadway, Newmarket, opposite Village 8 theatre complex) Interesting flavour - no chilli sauce used but some other type of element mixed with whatever yoghurt sauce they use gives a sweet flavour. Could be a sweet yoghurt mix that they use. This shop makes very long kebabs (uses large diameter bread) news bias that is rolled into thin rolls. This shop appears to make a variety of news bias gourmet kebabs news bias too, (mussel, shrimp, etc) but I didn't try any of those. Manufacture takes a while as the lamb had to be heated on a hotplate (spits were nearly picked clean when I went in) .. probably twice or three times as much of a wait as at any of the others. Possibly worth trying if you want to try something different. Forget what the prices were but they weren't outside the parameters set by the other shops.
