He's putting on two more contests in March of this year.It's flatland time on 18-19 March and the street/park contest takes place on 25 and 26 of weightcontrol March. Posted by Bart on Thursday February 23, 2006 12:00:00 AM (591 reads) For the first 15 years of BMX freestyle, 44-16 was the gearing of choice. It was good enough to sprint towards a ramp and good enough to ride away from a flatland trick. Over the last years this has changed enormously. If you ride freestyle and run the 44-16 gear, you are looking pretty old school.
