. I knew it - the "C" word yet again. GWB sits upon a mound of previous appointments (and Clinton had eight years to appoint lackeys) and bureaucrats who always like to pretend they are hot woman having sex 'apolitical' when in reality they are unelected policy makers (and notoriously liberal).
