Perhaps you should spell it out. Is the point, for instance, that this increase in poverty is not significant? If that is the casee, I can only replay that it depends on what one considers significant. What is significant is not what the poverty rate is in absolute terms. Poverty has been higher in the past than currently. What is very interesting is that this increase occurred in a year when GDP figures indicate healthy economic growth.
