Aquarium is Laura Harris on drums and my talented man Jason Hutto on the organ and other things. Jason also goes by "Cigar Man" on the club circuit. Imagine White Stripes with a Moog film and without the matching polyester outfits and all that money. Aquarium plays a fair bit in DC these days, including next Friday at the Black Cat I believe. I have yet to catch them live but its widely reckoned to be a worthy experience. Jason likes to buy 8-millimeter educational films on Ebay and project them during shows. |
