Perhaps instead of being snide, you should take a look at how harassment (I never limited my words album (music) to “sexual harassment) and First Amendment protections are album (music) defined. But alas, I’ll have to do it for you: The facebook group is clearly in violation of student codes of conduct (as defined by Syracuse University and countless other institutions, public and private), and NOT constitutionally protected speech for several reasons.
