Then before 11am I walk a half mile to the gym where I spend and hour with ellen ochoa Eric doing various weight lifting and functional exercises with plenty of stretching and most importantly plenty of water. Immediately after the morning ellen ochoa session I go for a backwards walk in a nearby park for an hour, which is a lot harder than it seems. Now I am free until 5pm when I have to return to the gym ellen ochoa for my afternoon workout which is a mixture of martial arts, yoga and cardio. Then I rest until the next day. Sounds simple but I assure you that it is the most challenging thing that I have done since boot camp. I would love to say more tonight but I am actually falling asleep sitting here typing so I will need to close. I will write again about the meals that I have been eating as well as some observations that I have made over the last few weeks.
