These rare diseases result in increased maternal and fetal mortality. Treatment involves prompt delivery, fresno whereupon the liver disease quickly reverses. Therapy with penicillamine, trientine, prednisone or azathioprine can be safely continued during pregnancy. Isolated hepatic disease rarely occurs fresno during pregnancy.
