The economy is doing ok because Bush and the rest of the politicians have handed out the corporate welfare like water, so GDP, and other things are ok, but poverty is growing, and for some reason each month when the employment numbers come in people don't want to mention the overall gain in jobs, we need something like 150,000 new jobs just to keep up with the new workers who hit the market.
