| Not all face skins look good on all head types, and creating your own face skin fat lady is one of the most difficult things in the Sims. Face Lift helps a bit because fat lady it lets you "map" faces to the various head shapes of Sims. You can manipulate eyes, mouth, chin, nose, general shape of features, etc. It is a free download from the official Maxis Sims site. Personally, I find it frustrating because there's no easy way to manipulate just the face you want.
