there is kind of tiny UK hook to todays posts.I picked up The Six Ways To Sunday Soundtrack from a free record bin at rock an old job, a bin where the resident music critics would dump their more wretched freebies. I don't even remember this movie existing. I think it was a co-US/UK rock production that went straight to video here. I havent seen it but IMDB lists it as a "comedy" with the hilarious tagline: "There are worse crimes than killing a person." rock It stars Debbie Harry and Isaac Hayes and Adrien Brody.The soundtrack is even more schizo. Basically a blend of Debbie Harry, the insane Yiddish Yodels of The Barry Sisters, and, naturally, Schoolly D. Then I notice today that the original score is by one Theodore "Teddy" Shapiro, a dude who was a year behind me at my very small DC High School.Schoolly D's "Mr. Big Dick". Kind of speaks for itself.Originally from 1988's Smoke Some Kill Schoolly remade the song for the Soundtrack. Schoolly likes the movies. He has contributed songs to Abel Ferrara films, including Bad Lieutenant.
