I have to lose weight approx 25lbs. My biggest problem I have, is that I know I have a belly but I am wondering really how much of it is fat. You see my childbirth belly does stick out like I am pregnant (no offence to the ladies) but the thing is there is an approximate layer of 1 inch of fat but it is hard under there. In other words I feel that even though I trim down and loose the fat I still feel I will be left with a round pot in profile.
