I have plenty of people who were inspired by my efforts to go out and do something similar and a few have even taken on a huge challenge like crossing the country but I worry that they might be a little misguided in their efforts. I like the fact that they are trying to make a change but body fat I would not recommend this course of action to them. Walking across the country to lose weight is not a good plan in and of itself. It body fat is a good stepping stone but the results body fat will not be enough. I have learned that there needs to be a wider variety of exercise and more importantly there need to be a concentrated effort on nutrition and health. Walking across the country is a good place to start but you must incorporate more to actually see the results desired.
